Jillian is the owner, problem-solver, and detail-lover behind Crown & Harmony. Her love for parties started long before this became her career. She was the kid who created color-coded birthday schedules and turned every family gathering into an event with a theme, a plan, and a purpose. That early passion turned into years of hands-on experience assisting established planners, working in full-service catering, and supporting operations at a wedding venue - giving her a 360° understanding of what truly makes an event run smoothly.
Today, she blends that behind-the-scenes knowledge with a calm, proactive approach to planning. Jillian is driven by the moments when couples feel seen, supported, and genuinely excited about their wedding day - not overwhelmed by it.
And outside of running a business? You’ll find her enjoying time with loved ones, diving into a good show, or exploring new places (bonus points if there’s coffee or a beach involved). She believe's life is meant to be celebrated - and helping couples celebrate their biggest moments is the greatest joy of all.

Kate has been part of the Crown & Harmony team since the summer of 2025 and is both Jillian’s right-hand woman and best friend of over 15 years. A senior accountant by day, Kate naturally brings organization, attention to detail, and a steady, solutions-focused mindset to every wedding she helps lead. Her calm presence and thoughtful approach help couples feel supported so they can truly enjoy their celebration. On her own wedding day, Kate’s favorite moment was exchanging private vows with her husband - a reminder of why creating space for couples to truly experience their day is at the heart of what we do.

Cory joined the Crown & Harmony team in early 2025 and quickly became a valued part of the wedding day experience for our couples. By day, he works as a bartender and manager, bringing strong people skills, quick thinking, and a calm, service-focused mindset to every event he supports. Cory loves watching a wedding day unfold like a movie - from the anticipation of getting ready to the celebration on the dance floor. Known for being the nicest guy you’ll ever meet, he brings a warm, supportive presence that helps couples and guests feel completely at ease.
