About Us

Jillian is the owner, problem-solver, and detail-lover behind Crown & Harmony. Her love for parties started long before this became her career. She was the kid who created color-coded birthday schedules and turned every family gathering into an event with a theme, a plan, and a purpose. That early passion turned into years of hands-on experience assisting established planners, working in full-service catering, and supporting operations at a wedding venue — giving her a 360° understanding of what truly makes an event run smoothly.

Today, she blends that behind-the-scenes knowledge with a calm, proactive approach to planning. Jillian is driven by the moments when couples feel seen, supported, and genuinely excited about their wedding day — not overwhelmed by it.

And outside of running a business? You’ll find her enjoying time with loved ones, diving into a good show, or exploring new places (bonus points if there’s coffee or a beach involved). She believe's life is meant to be celebrated — and helping couples celebrate their biggest moments is the greatest joy of all.
